Custom Orders
Custom, personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method for valuable pieces.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
