These are Nha Trang A+ agarwood incense sticks, handmade in China from 85% natural insect-bored agarwood (虫漏) sourced from Nha Trang, Vietnam, with a natural plant-based binder, presented in a solid ebony tube, by HFDlacquerware (禾丰鼎). Highly prized by connoisseurs, insect-bored agarwood forms when agarwood trees respond to insect activity by producing exceptionally dense, resin-rich wood, which lifts the classic Nha Trang fragrance to a new level of richness and depth.

Naturally aged for more than five years, this A+ grade incense has a noticeably richer, sweeter, and fuller aroma than standard Nha Trang agarwood. The first crisp, airy sweetness soon gives way to a deep, honey-like warmth with a cool finish that lingers in the room. It is free of synthetic fragrances and chemical additives, and each stick burns for about 40 minutes.

The handcrafted solid ebony tube is engraved with the name of the agarwood. It seals in the natural aromatic oils and makes a refined daily ritual for meditation, tea, and quiet contemplation.
