These are Kalimantan agarwood incense sticks, handmade in China from 85% natural agarwood sourced from Kalimantan, Indonesia (加里曼丹), with a natural plant-based binder, presented in a solid ebony tube, by HFDlacquerware (禾丰鼎). Kalimantan agarwood, from the rainforests of Borneo, is celebrated for its rich, full-bodied, and layered fragrance: an earthy, woody aroma that gently unfolds into warm, resinous notes with subtly sweet herbal undertones. Each stick burns for about 40 minutes.

The incense is free of synthetic fragrances and chemical additives, so every stick keeps the full character of natural agarwood.

The handcrafted solid ebony tube is engraved with the name of the agarwood. It seals in the natural aromatic oils and brings a quiet, refined presence to a tea room, study, or meditation space.
