This Churchwarden-style tobacco pipe features a long, elegant ebony wood stem paired with a compact bowl, finished using traditional Chinese raw lacquer (Urushi) techniques: a hemp-cloth and ground layer (guahui) is hand-applied to the surface before being hand-wiped with multiple coats of raw natural lacquer.
