This liu jin lacquer tobacco pipe showcases our signature Flowing Gold (Liu Jin) technique — luminous gold pigments delicately scattered across a high-gloss black raw lacquer surface, resembling stars against a night sky. Both bowl and stem are crafted from natural ebony wood finished entirely in hand-applied raw Urushi lacquer, giving the Apple Bent shape a rich depth and durable, glass-like shine.
 
Because the gold pattern forms naturally during the hand-lacquering process, no two pipes are exactly alike — each is a unique piece shaped as much by chance as by hand.
 
Care Instructions
Allow the pipe to rest for a day between smokes to prevent overheating.
